DEL MAR RECREATIONAL FACILITES INFORMATION
As in all such communities where many families share certain areas and facilities with others,
Del Mar has a set of Rules and Regulations. These must be heeded and enforced for the protection of all persons, their property and their privileges. All resident occupants have agreed to comply with the rules; and as hosts, they are also responsible for their guests’ compliance.
Please recognize that Del Mar is a complex of family residents, not a resort.
The following rules regarding recreational facilities are especially important and are called to your attention:
General:
1. All guests using recreational facilities must be registered by their hosts.
2. Children eighteen (18) years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult.
3. No radios or tape players may be used without earphones.
4. Cover-
POOL AREA:
1. Read and heed all Pool Rules posted at the ends of the pool.
2. A shower is a must each and every time before entering pool. Showers are necessary because the pool must be kept free of sand, salt, lotions, etc.
3. Children under three (3) years of age, and children of any age wearing diapers are NOT allowed in pool.
4. Observe adult swimming hours (for swimmers eighteen (18) or over)
5. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES allowed on pool deck. (Food and drinks allowed on screen porch.)
6. No floating objects. Toys, or inner tubes allowed in pool.
SHUFFLEBOARD/BOCCE:
1. Food and beverages are not allowed in the area.
2. Do not walk on shuffleboard courts.
3. Return equipment to storage after use.
PATIO AND BEACH AREA:
1. Do not walk up or down the dunes. Dunes are environmentally sensitive areas.
2. Use steps to access beach, and do not obstruct deck, steps or railings.
